Ours is covered in our durable, stain-resistant SmartMax fabric that can be spot cleaned as needed. Plus, it's filled with a scientifically identified amount of fill so when you sit on it, it's super comfy! The Classic Beanbag is designed with young kids in mind, with proportions perfect for little ones. And, bean refill bags are sold separately so you can give it a pick-me-up whenever needed, since all well-loved bean bags compress over time. For child safety and durability reasons, we intentionally break off the outside zipper pull before shipment. If you need to open your bag, simply use a paperclip to pull it open. Detailed instructions can be found on the warning label attached to your Big Joe. The cover is not removable, but may be spot cleaned as needed.
