Year-Round Return Policy

  • Non-Seasonal Products:
    Returns are accepted for unused, non-seasonal products in their original packaging delivered back within 30 of delivery.

    • Exceptions: Items damaged in shipping or sent in error (report within 5 business days).
    • Contact us at support@loomini.com to start a return.
  • Seasonal Products:
    All seasonal items (e.g., holiday-themed decorations) are final sale unless damaged or sent in error.

Holiday Season (Q4) Return Policy

  • No Returns for Orders Placed October 1 – December 31:

    • Orders placed during Q4 are final sale, except for items damaged in shipping or sent in error.
    • Report any issues within 5 business days of delivery.
  • Returns Resume for Orders Placed After January 1:
    Our regular return policy for non-seasonal products applies starting January 1.
