Accentuate and create beautiful outlined effects with the fine point DecoColor® Outliner. You get two colors with one stroke. Silver metallic paint with colored outline of either red, blue, green, or violet. Great for hand lettering, doodling, greeting cards, and initiations. Works best on uncoated card stock, light or white copy/printer paper, and crafting paper. Each pack includes 4 markers: red/silver, blue/silver, green/silver, and violet/silver.
